I accompanied Eli to get prepared, packing her belongings because Miss Fifa was going to pick her up. To where? To the airport. Why? Because... they are going to Japan for research presentation purpose, with Faqihah, Eman, Izwan and our respected director, Prof Noriah. And without me. I was very sad that Eli left me. On this remarkable day. On my freaking birthday. How could you Eli. Tapi takpelah, dah rezeki dia, nak buat macam mana. As a close friend, I should be happy too on her behalf. I am proud of Eli.
Oh yes, my birthday this year falls on Monday. Normally I hate Mondays except this day, obviously. Since I woke up late, I didn't have much time for breakfast. But I was eager to take breakfast because it has been a long time I didn't breakfast at Dewan Makan because I was puasa sunat for consecutive days back then. (omg is it acceptable to write two 'because' in a sentence?) But still, Sab wants to take BREAKFAST.
What did I do? Getting myself prepared around 15 minutes including shower and putting up clothes. Phew, what a record as a female. On Mondays, it usually takes time to wear the school uniform, you know. We have to bersiap starting from up to down. Not like the other days, Mondays is the only day I wear tudung first instead of shirts or tops. Ugh, tudung is a major problem too. If the tudung is not on point, girls will never go out of her room. Then tudung is tucked in the school shirts, followed by wearing necktie, long skirts (?) (idk what it is called smh), vest, socks, shoes. Then I am ready to go.
Going to Dewan Makan happily. I ate just cereals and drank chocolate milk. After finish eating, going to hall for formal assembly. Just like an ordinary day.
First period; biology class. Receiving a group for in-class task. When the class ended, Miss Fairuz called me, "Sabrina, sini kejap". I was like oh okay but in my heart "WHAT DID I DO WRONG AIGO". Then it was found out that Miss Fairuz wanted me to help to put tack-it off the whiteboard only lol. I like Miss Fairuz. She knows how to play with our emotions but at the same time she understands us. funfact: In every of her class, if she doesn't call out my name, it's a bizzare miracle.
We went to DM for recess. Next period; chemistry. We were learning about carbon compounds. I was screwed up naming the molecules drawn by the teacher. Cikgu Md Nor write two unbalanced equations on whiteboard and said "saya nak sorang laki sorang perempuan balance kan equation ni, calon MTP mana calon MTP". Being a loud girl in class, I teased my friends by saying out their names who got nominated for MTP hoho. But then Mel interrupted, "Suruh birthday girl lah cikgu" and cikgu asked who and Mel pointed at me. "Ha Sabrina jawab" said cikgu. Luckily balancing equation is not that hard as naming molecules hoho.
That night, my friend, Syazana, got her phone dirampas (get raided?? what's the term eh) by our fellow just because she left her phone on bed during solat berjemaah at multipurpose hall. I can see the frustration on Syazana's face. I know what the feeling is when I'm in her shoes. Dahlah kitorang dah order COD takoyaki grrr. Fortunately I have the supplier's phone number so I contacted her. She said she will be here around 10 pm. So we waited.
And... YEAY we received our takoyakis. Thank you Syazana for accompanying me hehe. I ordered two boxes. One for boys and one for girls. I put my trust on Ted to distribute the boys' takoyakis. While the girls' one I invite them to come over my room so we can eat together. I feel bad for treating the ones who only was and is my classmate. I wish I can treat the whole school. Syahmi, who is never my classmate even once, thanked me for takoyakis. I was like, kau klasmet aku pun bukan, bahagian siapa yang kau makan -_- lmao
After all, it was a decent birthday celebration. Some of my friends texted me to wish. No balloons, no streamers, no cake. Some of my friends do post photos of me on social media which I do not mind (eventhough I look ugly in the picture.........).
Now here's a selfie with the luggage owner xD
Bye Eli and Faqihah! Don't bring Japanese boyfriend ok :p
That's all folks. I just realised that takoyakis are originated from Japan. Does that means..... I am celebrating their trip............ Wow, what a coincidence.
